  2. Switch Color Filters on and select Grayscale

Pro tip: To easily toggle between color and grayscale:

  1. Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut > Color Filters.
  2. Now, you just press the home button three times to enable grayscale. Triple-click again to go back to color.

For Android Phones:

Method 1: Using Digital Wellness app:

  1. Download the Digital Wellness here.
  2. Swipe down the top menu & edit click the edit icon.
  3. Drag Grayscale icon to desired spot.

Method 2: For Android phones with OS 5.0 – 8.0.

  1. Turn on developer mode. To turn on developer mode, go to Open Settings > System > About phone.
  2. Then find “build number” (usually one of the last items in the list and in case of Xiaomi phones, it’s the MIUI Number) and repeatedly click it 7 times. You should see a bubble that pops up indicating developer mode is now active.
  3. Back in the system menu, there is now developer options button. Inside developer options, scroll down to the hardware accelerated rendering section, find “simulate color space” to turn on Monochromacy.
